Return Policy

At Dripsz we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return the items within 14 days of receipt. Read our returns policy below for more information:

  1. Return conditions:

  • Returns are only possible within 14 days after receiving your order.

  • Items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn and in the original packaging.

  • All labels must still be attached to the items.

  • Intimate products such as lingerie or swimwear cannot be returned for hygienic reasons unless the packaging is unopened.

  1. How to return an item:

  • Send an email to [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. You will then receive a return form and further instructions.

  • Please pack the items carefully to prevent damage during transportation.

  • Returns can be made via the post office or courier service to the specified returns address.

  1. Refunds:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will process the refund within 7 business days via the original payment method.

  • Please note that return costs are at your own expense, unless the item is defective or has been delivered incorrectly.

  1. Defective or incorrect products:

  • Received a damaged or incorrect item? Please contact us within 7 days. We offer free return shipping and will send you a replacement product.

  1. Exceptions:

  • Personalised or customised items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
