📦 Ordering & Delivery
1 | How do I place an order?
Select the desired item, add it to your shopping cart and complete the checkout process.
2 | What is the delivery time?
Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days . Delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium usually takes 1–3 business days .
3 | Will I receive a track & trace code?
Yes. As soon as your shipment has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a track & trace link by email.
4 | Do you also deliver outside the Netherlands?
We ship to most European countries. Exact shipping costs and delivery time will be stated during checkout.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
5 | Can I return an item?
You have a 14-day cancellation period after receipt. Returns must be unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging.
6 | How do I report a return?
Please send an email to info.dripsz@gmail.com with your order number and you will receive return instructions.
7 | Am I responsible for the return costs?
Yes, unless the fault lies with us (for example, an incorrect or defective item). In that case, we will reimburse the return costs.
